There are twelve schools where a nurse is able to expand their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MSN) degree. Those schools are Alverno College (2 specialties), Bellin College (2 specialties), Cardinal Stritch University (4 specialties), Concordia University Wisconsin (3 specialties), Edgewood College (2 specialties), Marian University (2 specialties), Marquette University (8 specialties), University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (2 specialties), University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2 specialties), University of Wisconsin-Madison (2 specialties, University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (2 specialties), and Viterbo University (4 specialties). In addition to a Master’s degree, Concordia, Eau Claire, and UW-Oshkosh also offer a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and Marquette, UW-Milwaukee and UW-Madison offer a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree.
